Terms and Conditions- Photography

These terms and conditions can be varied at any time, with or without notice to you. You must be read in Conjunction with these terms and conditions.

1. All pictures taken are my intellectual and creative and artistic property. Photo credit must be given if for business related posts (Photographed by Geoffrey Huang) or add handle @geoffshoots

   • You must not redistribute the work as stock images or sell this image for profit without my consent and I can use all the photos I have taken as images for my portfolio. I will pursue legal action if you violate my creative intellectual property rights.

   • Unless the work for marketing purposes all commercial photographs shot by me must not be used as such or for profit.

2. A 15% NON REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid to secure the appointment rest to be paid upon completion of job.

   I reserved the right to charge a non-refundable deposit as I reserve the time and date for the paying client and in the event of a cancellation it helps offsets the costs for loss of business.

3. In the event of the job criteria being changed by a client I reserve the right to be able to adjust pricing to match the labour.
