Nature is all around us, its beauty is something that is hard to replicate because the beauty of nature is hard to put into words. However rather than replicate. I like to capture it, up close at a macro scale, for me it reveals what is another world that exists on the smallest sale . This series is continuous project which documents my fascination of viewing nature at a macro scale. I want to capture all that is overlooked in our every day lives.

Where there is life there is death.

This is an investigative archive of various bone parts on small and large large mammals. There are a lot of various textures one can see in the bones.

An important part of nature is not just the life that flourishes, but the death that is left behind.

Shooting them in their aged, final form up close is intimate and it reveals so much about the bones.

Our world is not the only one on this planet…

Trees give us life, We breathe the oxygen it produces as it captures what we can’t inhale.

However a tree is also a home. It holds life, and it is the site that can give life.

Shooting the tree this close reveals the details that can be hard to see with the naked eye. It also reveals a hidden beauty in thinks that would be overlooked.

It feeds and nourishes.

Nature bears food in all forms.

These berries are also objects which have shapes and the stems they are attached to which form patterns when photographed.

This typology is not solely about the berry but when I shot these berries in front of various contrasts of colours and natural light, it reveals to me that these berries wake certain animals up and they have the power to give energy to make a creature go about their day, or take life

Take this series in as you will.

This series for me, is investigative, archival and beautiful. I chose a typology because I thought nature is something that we has humans try to contain, I want to contain this beauty and show everyone what stands out to me when I look at nature.
